I have been coming to John's for 6 years and cant recommend them enough. I have two cars, a new one and an old. The old one is always a little unpredictable and finicky and sometimes takes some extra time to diagnose and fix the problem. The mechanics always get the job done fast and go the extra mile to make it right if something is not perfect. Example one: I picked the car up after some work had been done....the next day the accelerator was not working properly. They drove out to my house to fix the problem! Example two: The old car had a continuing problem where the belts would squeal. John and is team tried twice to solve the problem. When the squealing came back the second and third time we were only charged for parts....no labor. John also came in on his day off before Christmas to get the job done. 5 Stars! Thanks, John!

First time I have ever left a mechanic with a smile on my face. They were great. They ran a complete diagnostic, told me what repairs could wait, which ones I had to do now and which ones I never have to get done. They gave me great prices and they actually did some repairs that they didn't charge me for. Very honest and straightforward. I highly recommend taking your car here.

John’s is fantastic! They know what they’re doing and don’t recommend service you don’t need. They are a wonderful team of professionals.

After coming here for a 3rd opinion on a problem I was having with my F-150, they saved me nearly $1,000 of unnecessary work and fixed the problem within the day. I greatly appreciate Nate's help, everyone I met was very nice and honest. I don't think I will ever take my vehicles anywhere else.

I cannot give enough praise to this shop. I've never taken the time to write a review or give a rating for anything but these guys deserve it! We came in for a pre-purchace inspection and oil change. Fast, friendly and DID NOT overcharge or jerk us around. They even had toys in the lobby for my baby to play with while we waited. By far the best service I've experienced at any auto care shop I've been to. If we, or anyone we know, has any car problems we will definitely be coming to John and his team! Thank you so much!

Recently, I experienced the dreaded signs of a bad U-Joint; tremors at all times when driving, severe rattling when driving over anything even slightly bumpy, and the odd sounds and pops of the needle bearings turning to dust under acceleration. John and the rest of the guys at John's had me driving within a day, despite the yoke of the driveshaft sustaining damage due to both my negligence and ignorance. One often hears horror stories about auto repairs and the costs, wait times, and general pain, but this could not have been a better experience. I ended up paying less than I was quoted for, which was already halfway cheaper than another shops quote for the exact same job. Huge thanks to John's, I will be doing all of my maintenance and other work with you all from now on!
