I took my 2021 Cadillac XT6 to John's on Friday for an oil and filter change and to see if they could repair my third row seat that couldn't be brought back to a sitting position. We had gotten a jacked stuck in it and it would not longer work properly. I was hoping I wouldn't have to take it to the Dealership. John's Auto Care was able to fix my seat quickly and I got it back by lunch time. We have used John's Auto Care for many years and they are always our go to mechanic to fix/work on all our cars.
