Boulder Auto Repair

Came in last Monday to get my windshield wiper motor looked at, fully expecting to pay a couple hundred to get it repaired. The gentleman at the front desk wondered if the nuts were loose, and let me know he could likely save me some money if he just checked it out. I happily obliged, and the nuts were indeed loose! He tightened them quickly and applied a solvent to help keep them in place. Since it was a quick fix, I was not charged anything, and was in and out in less than ten minutes. Knowing how many dishonest mechanics there are here in Boulder, I was taken aback by the level of honesty and professionalism I experienced. Thank you, John's Auto Care!

I came in for a FREE post-purchase initial inspection of a newly acquired vehicle and was very impressed by the pleasant interaction and attention to detail. I was offered a loaner car for the duration of the inspection (which on this particular day was a lifesaver). The full inspection report included close-up photos of key areas of interest, and details of everything inspected down to tire tread measurement in 1/32" increments. Couldn't be happier -- Henry (Svc Mgr) and Rachel (front desk) are the best, and I'll definitely be returning for regular service. This is how you do it :-).

I needed a general checkup and maintenance for my Hyundai Kona and they looked great ..I liked the website photo and John's smile--and reviews sounded excellent. I was not disappointed...Henry at the front desk was fun to talk to and knowledgeable...and the decor and coziness of the office /waiting room was amazing! Not what I expected to see...Star Trek paraphernalia and a wonderful quirky & homey feel. I'm thrilled to have them work on my car..it runs GREAT! Looking forward to the next visit. Thank you!
