I came in for a FREE post-purchase initial inspection of a newly acquired vehicle and was very impressed by the pleasant interaction and attention to detail. I was offered a loaner car for the duration of the inspection (which on this particular day was a lifesaver). The full inspection report included close-up photos of key areas of interest, and details of everything inspected down to tire tread measurement in 1/32" increments. Couldn't be happier -- Henry (Svc Mgr) and Rachel (front desk) are the best, and I'll definitely be returning for regular service. This is how you do it :-).

I needed a general checkup and maintenance for my Hyundai Kona and they looked great ..I liked the website photo and John's smile--and reviews sounded excellent. I was not disappointed...Henry at the front desk was fun to talk to and knowledgeable...and the decor and coziness of the office /waiting room was amazing! Not what I expected to see...Star Trek paraphernalia and a wonderful quirky & homey feel. I'm thrilled to have them work on my car..it runs GREAT! Looking forward to the next visit. Thank you!

I use John’s for my daughters’ Ford. They do a great job and the cost is always appropriate.

I had several problems with my car and as USUAL John's took great care of me (and my car) They are top notch in every way keeping the customer in the loop of every problem, what needs to be done and are up front about costs. My car is driving like a brand new dream. I am so grateful to be able to count on this well oiled machine to keep me away from all the tow trucks I see at the tunnel!
