We have an older model 1998 car with a gear shift problem. John's was able to diagnose what the problem was, research and order a part, create a temporary solution to keep our car operating, and fit us into their schedule on short notice. Henry was super helpful and personable; Very welcoming and kind--as well as really knowledgeable about cars! The whole team at John's Auto Care was very responsive to our needs.
