On july 14th, my car had thrown a 'check battery' light, and after a recommendation from a friend, i went over to johns auto care. They took my car in right away, even though it was obvious they were overwhelmed with cars. I never felt rushed or like a problem with all my questions. Henry was my mechanic and was prompt to call or talk to me about my car while providing detailed reports and inspections. The staff was incredibly polite and accommodating which helped for such a stressful time. They diagnosed it was the alternator going out, and in their inspection found my brakes amd rotors were on the way out as well. Did everything and had my car back to me in 2 days. Very grateful for the excellent service and kindness.
