Very nice people and most importantly they fixed my car!

Finished all the work while I sat in their reception, drank their coffee and used their wireless internet! Very friendly and explained all the work that they were carrying out on my SUV. They even highlighted some future maintenance needs, with no pressure to have them fixed immediately. Overall, very professional and exactly the mechanic that I need!

I have been taking my Subaru cars to John's Auto for over a decade and I highly recommend them. It is very reassuring to feel like a good friend is working on my car. I totally trust John and know that he has my best interest at heart. My mother started taking her Saab to John's Auto three years ago and she has been equally thrilled. I had John's service my 05 Dodge Caravan before I moved out east. They finished the service in a timely manner and were nice the entire time. My van has been great, but if I need service I'm going be wishing I lived in Boulder again.

I was referred to John's Auto Care by a family that has been taking their cars there for years. From the friendly and knowledgeable reception to the the personal service of John himself, I am glad I took my car there. *update* Years later I still LOVE John's service. Not only did he fix my awful old car but he gave me recommendations on cars when I was shopping for a new one, and now I'm taking the new car to him.

This place is the best! John is awesome as is his little pup. Rachel up front is super sweet and very helpful. They get everything done in a timely fashion!

I've been looking for a reliable auto service and repair store, and I saw that John's Auto Care had good reviews, so I thought I'd try it out. I found the customer service personnel to be friendly, and for all I know, the service technicians did a fine job servicing my vehicle. The only problem is that they were apparently smoking marijuana while they serviced it. After taking my car to John's, it smelled like marijuana for about 2-3 weeks. If you're into that sort of thing, maybe John's is the place for you. I, however, didn't appreciate it.
